As a result of legislation and funding from the State, Rescue Union School District will continue to provide free meals to all students for the 2023-24 school year. However, in order to ensure Rescue USD receives all available funding, ALL families, regardless of family income, are asked to complete BOTH of the following forms:School Education Benefit FormEven if your student(s) may not choose to take advantage of our meal services, completing this form will assist our schools to continue qualifying for grants that support every school in Rescue Union.We ask you to take 2 minutes to complete the FORM at this link: Education Benefit Form

Federal Meal ApplicationMeal applications help qualify families and the school district for additional services such as grants, program funding, athletic waivers, textbooks assistance, and PEBT cards, among others.Families do not qualify for PEBT from the School Education Benefit Form. You need to complete the Federal Meal Application.We ask that you complete the FORM at this link: Federal Meal Application

After completeting the two forms above if you receive an approval letter please bring your document to Transportation
