Green Committee Membership

The Green Committee is currently seeking interested staff, parents, students and community members to join our efforts to provide a better world for all. Join us for our meetings on the first Wednesday of every month from 4-5 PM in the District Office Board Room.

The committee will continually evaluate current sustainability practices and establish the core green norms and practices that drive the district’s day-to-day operations. The committee consists of staff, students, parents, businesses, administrators, board members and community representatives and works to share best practices relating to large and small scale sustainability focused projects as well as recognizing the green work at various district sites. The committee will communicate these efforts to all members of the district and community, increasing awareness and shaping practices that help ensure a sustainable future.

RUSD is Going Green
